Exporting and Presenting¶

Once Claude generates a document, you can export or present it in several formats. Some exports happen directly through Claude; or you can save the generated Markdown file and use it as an input for other tools.

HTML presentation in your brand design¶

The motley-skills plugin includes a built-in skill for generating an HTML presentation from any Motley document. The presentation uses your organisation's brand design — colours, fonts, and layout — applied automatically.

To generate a branded HTML presentation, ask Claude:

"Create an HTML presentation from this report."

"Turn the April sales report into a presentation in our brand design."

Claude will use the motley-skills presentation skill and return the HTML output, ready to share or host.

PowerPoint¶

Claude can export any Motley document to a PowerPoint file:

"Export this report as a PowerPoint presentation."

You can design custom skills so that the PowerPoint created matches your design and tone. If you havent created these, we are happy to help you create one.

Presentation tools via MCP¶

If you use a presentation tool that supports MCP — such as Gamma — you can connect it to Claude as an MCP server and ask Claude to hand off the content directly:

"Create a Gamma presentation from this Motley report."

Claude will pass the document content to the connected tool and use its native capabilities to produce the output.
